[FT/PT] Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator – Events (Indoor/Outdoor Role)

Work Schedule:

Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract Positions Available

5-Day Work Week (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekends Off

Salary:

$2,880 – $2,950 per month (Full-Time)

Part-Time: Minimum 3–4 working days per week

 

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in driving event sales through engagement with target audiences (includes some sales activity)

Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of parcels from the warehouse

Offer exclusive pricing to eligible customers

Receive logistics stock once every two weeks

Maintain accurate records of logistics and sales at event locations

Send digital receipts to event customers via WhatsApp

 

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physically able to handle merchandise up to 20kg

Comfortable with basic sales and negotiation at event sites

Positive, proactive, and team-friendly attitude
