Sales Representative (Food Manufacturing) – 5-Day Work Week
Location: Tuas, West Region (Near Tuas Link MRT, EW33)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $3,100 – $5,000 per month
Breakdown:

Basic Salary: $1,350

Fixed Transport Allowance: $1,300

Mobile Allowance: $85

Merchandising Allowance: $350

Minimum Guaranteed Commission: $650 (for the first 3 months)

Note: Possession of own vehicle is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities

Plan and organize daily schedules to visit sales outlets for order-taking

Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR), including timely follow-ups and collections

Execute in-store activities including shelf, chiller, and POSM displays

Promote and sell the company’s full product portfolio

Generate and submit accurate sales reports

Support company operations including pricing issues, stock-outs, and product exchanges

Participate in in-store festive sales events when required

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
