Position: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week
Salary: $2,500/month
Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a cleaning team of 6 staff

Work alongside the team to ensure high cleaning standards

Maintain cleanliness across 8 office levels according to client SOP

Perform general office cleaning duties, including:

Pantry cleaning, replenishing supplies, wiping tables, and coffee machine maintenance

Vacuuming, mopping, and trash disposal

Cleaning pods, phone booths, walkway cabinet tops, e-print room cabinets, and window ledges

Sweeping server and hub rooms (sign-in/sign-out card required)

Disinfecting and wiping down meeting rooms after each session

Cleaning and organizing nursing and recharge rooms, including sofas, chairs, blinds, etc.

Cleaning entrance glass doors and panels

Disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, pantry counters, chairs, and tables

 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Requirements:

Prior experience in cleaning and supervising a team

Familiarity with cleaning equipment and machinery

Able to perform cleaning duties hands-on with the team

Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
